The following “Privacy Policyoutlines the type of information Adams Extract & Spice, LLC (“Adams,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, why we collect it, and how we use it in relation to your access and use of Adams1888.com, on or through Adams1888.com and any related applications, products, or services (collectively, the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user.

By accessing or using the Website together with its pages and features, (collectively the “Website”), you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 3.5. Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files or pieces of code used to record information about how you browse a website or a mobile application. Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase on, through, or in relation to the Website, we collect certain information from you, including, for example, your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.” In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” includes Device Information and Order Information. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of the Personal Data that you provide to us.

We use Google Ads conversion tracking cookies to measure and optimize the performance and user experience related to our ads in Google Search or selected Google Display Network websites. In connection with setting up your user account or any transaction that you conduct through the Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to the transaction, including, without limitation, your credit card number and expiration date, your billing address, your shipping address, your phone number or your email address. 13. Children Under the Age of 13

The Website is not intended for children. No one under age 13 may provide any Personal Data on the Website. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Website. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under 13, we will use reasonable efforts to refrain from further using such Personal Data or maintaining it in retrievable form. Please submit any such request (“Request for Removal of Minor Information”) to info@adams1888.com with a subject line of “Removal of Minor Information”.  For each Request for Removal of Minor Information, please state “Removal of Minor Information” in the e-mail or letter subject line, and clearly state the following in the body: (a) the nature of your request; (b) the identity of the content or information to be removed; (c) whether such content or information is found on the Website ; (d) the location on content or information on the Website (e.g., providing the URL for the specific web page the content or information is found); (e) that the request is related to the “Removal of Minor Information”; (f) your name, street address, city, state, zip code, and e-mail address; and (g) whether you prefer to receive a response to your request by mail or e-mail. We are not responsible for failing to comply with any Request for Removal of Minor Information that is incomplete, incorrectly labeled, or incorrectly sent.
