

Shrimp and Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp dry sherry
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil (separated)
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red pepper thinly sliced
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/3 cup sliced green onion
- 2 Tbsp For Real® Amazin' Asian
- Soy sauce (optional)
- Wonton crisp strips (optional)
Preparation
Combine chicken broth, sherry, and cornstarch in a small bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat with 1 Tbsp sesame oil. Add shrimp and cook for 30 seconds per side. Add For Real® Amazin' Asian and stir for 30 seconds. Set shrimp aside on plate.
Place skillet back on medium heat and add remaining 1 Tbsp sesame oil. Stir fry red pepper for 2-3 minutes. Add to plate with shrimp.
Put broth mixture into pan and bring to a boil. Cook until thick (about 2 minutes), Then add in cabbage and green onions. Cook for 1 minute and serve with shrimp and pepper on top.
For added flavor, add 1 Tbsp soy sauce and extra For Real Amazin Asian to cabbage mixture. Serve with wonton crisps (optional)
