

Spicy Shrimp Kebobs

Ingredients
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 zucchini squash
- 1 red onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- Wood skewers soaked in water
- 40-50 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 5 Tbsp For Real® Mean Green Chile
Preparation

In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, For Real® Mean Green Chile, and shrimp. Set aside. Dice onions and peppers into 2-inch cubes. Slice squash into 2-inch rounds.
Skewer shrimp and veggies alternately until all ingredients are used. Place on grill, brush with remaining marinade. Turn skewers once and brush other side with marinade. Cook until veggies are caramelized and shrimp is cooked through.
