Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Butcher Block Provisions® Garlic Herb Rub
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation
In large bowl, mix together all ingredients and shrimp until coated well. Set aside for 2 minutes.
Preheat cast iron skillet or pan to med-high heat. Add the shrimp but not all of the remaining marinade. Cook the shrimp for about 3 minutes on each side.
