

Shrimp and Guacamole Lettuce Scoops

Ingredients
- 1 Butter Head lettuce (or package of lettuce scoops found in produce section)
- 1 package prepared guacamole (or made fresh as desired)
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 1 package pre-cooked shrimp (can be found in frozen seafood)
- 2 Tbsp For Real® Zesty Zing
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil (or oil of choice)
Preparation
Thaw shrimp under cold water or overnight in a bowl of water in the fridge. Once thawed, remove any tails as needed and pat dry.
Toss shrimp with Zesty Zing seasoning.
Heat pan to medium and add sesame oil and while it's warming prep cups. Slice red onion thinly. Smooth out guacamole into lettuce cup and add desired amount of onion.
Quickly warm shrimp in pan - remember the shrimp is precooked - this will only take a minute or less. Scoop shrimp into cups. Roll and enjoy!
