



Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients
- Butternut squash
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Adams® Coarse Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Adams® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp For Real® Sriracha-cha
Preparation
Prep time: 10 min | Cook time: 30 min
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the squash, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and For Real® Sriracha-cha. Stir well to combine.
Transfer squash to the prepared baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir. Roast for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the edges start to brown and are crisp.
