

Mint Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp Adams® Best Vanilla Flavor
- 1 tsp Adams® Pure Peppermint Extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
In a large bowl, stir milk, cream, sugar, vanilla flavor, peppermint extract, and salt until sugar has dissolved. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and freeze according to instructions.
Churn until thick, about 20 minutes, adding chocolate chips halfway through. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
