

Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 lbs ground beef (or 1 lb ground beef, 1 lb ground pork)
- 8 slices white bread
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- Olive oil (for frying)
- 3 tsp Butcher Block Provisions® Garlic Herb Rub
Preparation
Break bread slices into small pieces. A food processor works great! Mix all ingredients gently in a large bowl until well combined. Roll meatballs 1-1/2" to 1-3/4" in diameter.
Cover bottom of sauté pan with olive oil and heat over medium high. Fry meatballs in oil, rolling frequently, until evenly browned and juices run clear.
Serve with homemade or premade sauce! Great on a sandwich or served on top of spaghetti!
