



Halloween Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 drops red Crayola Food Coloring
½ teaspoon Adams Paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon Adams Ground black pepper
Dark green part of 1 green onion
Preparation
1.
Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
2.
Mash the yolks with a fork until crumbly.
3.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, Crayola Red Food Coloring, Adams Paprika, salt, and Adams Ground Black Pepper. Using a hand mixer on low speed, blend until smooth.
4.
Spoon the yolk mixture into a piping bag fitted with a wide tip. (Or use a zip-top bag with one corner snipped off.)
5.
Pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
6.
Slice the dark green onion tops into small pieces and place one on each egg as a “pumpkin stem.”
7.
Sprinkle with additional paprika if desired.
