Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 9 eggs
- 2 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Adams® Butter Flavor
- 1 tsp Adams Best® Vanilla Flavor
- 1 tsp Adams® Pure Lemon Extract
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300°. In a large bowl, mix flour and butter until creamy. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar well. Add to butter mixture, mix. Add baking powder, salt, vanilla flavor, butter flavor and lemon extract, mixing well. Pour into greased loaf pan, bake 1 hour. Increase heat to 325°. and bake 15-20 minutes longer. Cool, enjoy!
