Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line two 8-inch round cake pans.

Combine flour, sugar, butter, baking powder, and eggs. Beat together until the mixture is smooth. If the mixture is too stiff, add a tablespoon or two of milk to loosen it.

Divide the mixture evenly between the two prepared cake pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cakes are golden brown and a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

After the cakes have cooled, layer with whipped cream and berries.

Place a bowl and beaters into the freezer for 15 minutes. Combine heavy whipping cream, sugar and Adams Best® Vanilla Flavor to the bowl and beat on medium for 1 minute. Increase speed to medium high and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
