

Chocolate Egg Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp milk (plus more if needed)
- 1 tsp Adams Best® Vanilla Flavor
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- Crayola Colors of Kindness Green Food Coloring
- Chocolate egg candies
- Festive sprinkles
Preparation
Make the cupcakes:
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions.
- Line cupcake pans with liners and bake as directed.
- Let cool completely.
Make the frosting:
- In a large bowl, beat the butter, milk, and Adams Best® Vanilla Flavor until combined.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating well between each addition.
- Continue beating on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add more milk if the frosting is too thick or more powdered sugar if it's too thin.
- Mix in a few drops of Crayola Colors of Kindness Green Food Coloring until you reach your desired shade.
Assemble:
- Pipe or spread frosting onto cooled cupcakes.
- Top each cupcake with chocolate egg candies and festive sprinkles.
