BBQ Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 can (10 oz) corn
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 10 large tortilla chips
- 2 Tbsp For Real® Bold Bird
Preparation

Lightly brush chicken breast with oil. Generously cover with For Real Bold Bird. Grill until chicken is cooked through (internal temp of 165 degrees Fahrenheit).
Cut into slices and set aside. In a bowl mix BBQ sauce and ranch dressing together. Separate lettuce onto 4 serving dishes. Top with corn and crushed tortilla chips. Place sliced chicken breast on top. Drizzle desired amount of dressing over top when ready to serve.
