- 2 pounds chicken breasts (bone in or out)
- Butcher Block Provisions Texas BBQ Rub
Preparation
Prep time: 30 min | Cook time: 20 min
Wash and pat dry chicken. Place in dish and cover both sides generously with Butcher Block Provisions® Texas BBQ Rub. Place in refrigerator to marinate for about 30 minutes.
Cook on prepared grill over medium-high heat until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit). A meat thermometer is a great tool to use for this!
Lightly cover with BBQ sauce, if desired, before serving.
