Asian Flavored BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

Prep time: 12 hours | Cook time: 1 hour

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 leaf bay leaf, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 lbs lean pork spareribs
  • 2 tsp light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp Adams Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Butcher Block Provisions® Pork Rub

Preparation

Combine cinnamon, Butcher Block Provisions® Pork Rub, crumbled bay leaf, and soy sauce. Prick spareribs with fork and rub in soy sauce mixture. Marinate overnight or at least 12 hours.

Cook ribs over a slow-burning fire for 1 hour, turning often. Brush meat while cooking with the brown sugar mixed with water if the meat looks dry. Cut into serving pieces.
