

Asian Flavored BBQ Ribs

- 1 tsp salt
- 1 leaf bay leaf, crumbled
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 lbs lean pork spareribs
- 2 tsp light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp Adams Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Butcher Block Provisions® Pork Rub
Preparation
Combine cinnamon, Butcher Block Provisions® Pork Rub, crumbled bay leaf, and soy sauce. Prick spareribs with fork and rub in soy sauce mixture. Marinate overnight or at least 12 hours.
Cook ribs over a slow-burning fire for 1 hour, turning often. Brush meat while cooking with the brown sugar mixed with water if the meat looks dry. Cut into serving pieces.
